Returns & Exchanges

At Discmania Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your new discs or apparel don't meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Discs must not have been thrown or inked to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your RMA inside the box. Ship the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
